Equestrian Program Manager/Instructor

Position:  Equestrian Program Manager/Instructor position
Hours:  40 hours per week.
Starting Wage:  $25/hour

• Extensive experience leading, facilitating, delegating to, and managing the schedules and workloads of program, facility staff and volunteers is critical. Strong leadership in this area directly impacts team productivity, morale, and the facility’s ability to operate reliably and safely.
• PATH or other Adaptive Training. Certifications preferred. Ability to get certified.
• 5+ years of experience teaching horseback riding lessons.
• 1 + years of experience in teaching individuals with disabilities.
• 2 + years of experience in program management and instruction.
• 2 + years of experience with facility upkeep and animal care.

Seasonal Program Assistant

Position:  Ski/Board Assistant / Seasonal Programming Assistant
Hours:  20-40 hours per week depending on season; non-exempt
Starting Wage:  $18/hour to start

• Ski/Board Programming:
  • Minimum of intermediate ski/snowboard skills required. Advanced skills preferred.
  • PSIA/AASI L1 or above ski/snowboard instructor certification desired, or willingness to obtain within first year.
• Seasonal Programming:
  • Rafting and other paddle sports experience is preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
