This program really brings out the best in all the participants who join this class. Thanks to Don Johnson and the Fitness Plus Martial Arts Academay, Eagle Mount is able to offer this great program! Karate has many benefits! Physical Benefits: muscle tone, flexibility, balance & coordination (motor skills), and stress reduction. Character Development: self confidence, self discipline, positive attitude, patience perserverance, and respect. Cognitive Benefits: improved concentration and increased awareness.

2008 Summer Program Registration - May 8th @ the Eagle Mount Activity Center (1065 Franklin Ave). Come visit us anytime between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. on May 8th to register for summer programs.
