A Magical Playground for All Kids, All Abilities

( Great Falls ) – Eagle Mount-Great Falls is the proud owner of the new Eagle Mount Activity Center , formerly Donovan Park Youth & Community Center, at 1065 Franklin Ave , Great Falls , MT. This gift will benefit and make a difference in so many lives now and in the future. The facility will be used to bring together the able bodied and the special needs community helping to promote patience and understanding of our fellowman, as well as enhancing the provision of the Eagle Mount mission.

Our current needs for this building are to make it handicap accessible and build a magical playground that is designed to be fun, rigorous, challenging, and accessible to all abilities. The playground will expand play opportunities for children with special needs but also serve as a rallying point for our community to mobilize resources for integration and disability issues.

The Great Falls Elementary Schools have given us a “stepping stone” to our magical playground. Displayed at the Holiday Village Mall are over 100 creative and unique drawings from the imaginations of young inventors striving to make playgrounds enjoyable and challenging for all kids, all abilities. Eagle Mount will use these drawings to help develop this playground project along with other experts in playground construction.
